1. Services

We provide consulting and application assistance for truck permits in Oregon. We are not a government agency. All permits are subject to approval by ODOT and other authorities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate commercial vehicles in the United States.

3. Fees and Payments

All fees are displayed before checkout. Payments are final and non-refundable once the application is submitted unless otherwise stated.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Comply with Oregon trucking laws and regulations.
• Maintain valid insurance and registrations.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee permit approval. We are not liable for delays, rejections, fines, or penalties issued by regulatory agencies.

All content (logos, text, graphics) is the property of Oregon Truck Permits and may not be copied without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

8. Updates
